At Plantes Pour Tous, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new green companions. If your plants or home accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package with Care
Place the plants or accessories back into their original protective packaging to ensure they remain safe and healthy during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our botanical experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
